Juice Detox

聽加見到 Juice Detox 好耐， 之前見朋友都有影低一日六杯果汁的情況， 舊同事介紹一間平平地又可以每日送貨的店， 咁就試下吧。 全日六杯連運費係 $270。 （運費有人同我share 一半，所以平少少）

第一杯： A – Detox － 內有 beetroot, carrot, celery, pear

第二杯： J － Digestion – 內有 baby spinach, mango, banana, blueberry

第三杯： D － Skin – 內有 romaine lettuce, apple, pineapple, avocado

第四杯： F – Anti-Oxidant – 內有 purple cabbage, blueberry, grape, apple

第五杯： B – Slim – 內有 celery, carrot, pineapple, apple

第六杯：E – Energy – 內有 romaine lettuce, strawberry, grape, avocado

咁多杯，顏色咁多， 仲要杯杯唔同味， 咁 邊杯最好飲呢？ 我會揀頭兩杯。 一來一早起身都未食野， 甜甜地真係幾好開胃， 第二杯就似smoothy， 香蕉加藍莓其實無得輸。最難飲呢？ 我會揀尾兩杯， 因為味道最淡， 加上全日都係飲甜果汁， 其實果一刻最想食塊鹹餅囉。不過俾我揀， 我會乖乖咁做淡食就算了。

胃寒朋友小貼士：

• 準備黑糖薑茶。 可以找黑糖， 但杯茶會幾難入口。
• 一隻暖包。 可以貼係腹部附近。 特別係個胃同腸飲到凍野後冬眠左， 呢個方法有效令佢地繼續活動
• 準備阿婆油 Emergency 救命油 – 或 阿胃油 – Eupepsia 好好消化 不時係腹部打圈，係外部為佢地打打氣！

舊同事都有分享 tips to prepare for your detox:

•   3 days leading up to your detox, try eliminate: alcohol, sugar, dairy, wheat, artificial sweeteners and junk food; your liver detoxifies better without them
•   Don’t have a junk food feast before the detox
•   There may be slight discomfort and reactions, including diarrhea
•   Still drink a lot of water
•   Get plenty of rest
•   You are just having more vegetables and fruits. Relax
